Terms of sale of protohumix.eu

The protohumix.eu online shop is operated by PROTOHUMIX SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Szlak 77/222, 31-153 Kraków, Poland, NIP 6762717047, KRS 0001233485 (the "Seller").

These Terms define the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, payments, deliveries and complaint procedures. Contact with the Seller: info@protohumix.eu, tel. +48 739 539 928.

The shop offers the ProtoHumiX® humic acids extract in packages of various capacities. Prices shown with products are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT; the net price is also visible.

Prices do not include delivery costs. Delivery is charged according to the price list shown in the order form: 34 PLN net per 20 l canister (1–2 pcs) or 189 PLN net for pallet shipping (3 or more canisters); personal pickup is free of charge. The binding price is the price in force at the moment of placing the order.

• Orders are placed via the cart and order form on the website, providing the data necessary for fulfilment (name, e-mail, phone, delivery address; for a VAT invoice — company data and tax ID).
• After placing the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order, with the order number and bank transfer details.
• The sales contract is concluded upon the Seller's confirmation of accepting the order for fulfilment (e-mail), no later than within 2 business days of placing the order.
• The Seller reserves the right to contact the Customer by phone or e-mail to confirm order details, in particular for larger quantity orders (above 200 l).

• Available payment method: traditional bank transfer to the Seller's bank account: 59 2490 0005 0000 4530 0087 3960 (the order number must be given in the transfer title).
• The order is fulfilled after the payment is credited, unless the parties agree otherwise.
• A VAT invoice is issued electronically after payment confirmation and sent to the Customer's e-mail address (with submission to KSeF). To receive an invoice with company data, select the invoice option in the form and provide the company name and tax ID (NIP).

• Delivery is carried out via courier companies (e.g. DPD/DHL) within Poland; personal pickup is also possible by prior arrangement.
• The delivery cost is charged according to the price list shown in the order form (34 PLN net per 20 l canister for 1–2 pcs; 189 PLN net per pallet for 3 or more canisters; personal pickup free of charge) and is visible in the summary before placing the order.
• Fulfilment time: usually 3–7 business days from crediting the payment. The Seller will promptly inform about any delays.

A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal statement should be sent to info@protohumix.eu.

The goods should be returned within 14 days of withdrawal, to the Seller's registered address. The return cost is borne by the Customer. The returned goods must be complete and unaltered — the product in its original, unopened packaging.

The Seller will refund the payment, including the delivery cost to the Customer (up to the cheapest offered method), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement; the refund may be withheld until the goods are received.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded within business activity (B2B) or after the product packaging has been opened.

• Complaints regarding the product or order fulfilment should be submitted to info@protohumix.eu, stating the order number and describing the problem.
• The Seller responds to a complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
• The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under the rules set out in applicable law.

Customers' personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfilment in accordance with the Privacy policy available on the website.

In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms; for orders placed before an amendment, the Terms in force at the time of placing the order apply.
